- The Cottage Garden View with Sit-out, of 235-315 sq. ft, are recently renovated garden facing luxurious cottages which are situated in a block of one to eight rooms most cottages have a balcony / lawn located in the ground level. Most cottages have a garden furniture with parasol. Most cottages have deck chairs.
- The Cottage Sea View, of 235-315 sq. ft, is newly renovated, sea facing luxurious cottages which are situated in a block of one, two or three units with a sit-out and lawn. Most cottages have a garden furniture with parasol. Most cottages have deck chairs.
- The Villa Garden View of 540 sq. ft, is a luxurious stand alone garden facing villa with a bedroom and a living room, a private lawn, garden furniture with parasols.
- The Villa Sea View of 540 sq. ft, is a luxurious newly renovated sea facing stand alone villas, with a bedroom and a living room, a private lawn, garden furniture with parasols.
- The Luxury Villa Sunset View, of 560 sq. ft, is independent, luxurious, newly renovated, sea facing villas with one bedroom, a living room, dining area, a private lawn, garden furniture with parasols.
