DINING: Ettukettu, the multi-cuisine, 115-seat restaurant owns the place of pride at the Kumarakom Lake Resort. The Continental, Chinese, Mughlai, North Indian and traditional Kerala culinary delicacies at the Ettukettu are a gourmet’s delight, but the speciality to look forward to, is ethnic Kerala cooking. The fresh catch of the day, rich coconuts and a slew of fragrant spices lend the cuisine its very own flavour.
